Illari was born in Jujuy. A territory from the Andean Region strategic for the circulation of goods and products. Historically it was part of different economic scopes and political processes all of which left their distinctive imprint on the material culture of our province: agriculture, fabrics, pottery, music, dances, gastronomy, religion. This particular process differentiate us from the rest of the regions of Argentina.

Fabrics in particular are the expression of such a process that links products, designs and techniques which turns them into unique pieces of history. We must learn to look at, touch and use them in order to respect and protect all the knowledge within.
